Processing Time
All grocery orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We conduct strict quality checks for all product before packaging to ensure product integrity.
Shipping Time & Delivery Coverage
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping services. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s delivery location. We currently deliver to most residential and commercial areas, with remote areas subject to extended delivery times.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package size and delivery distance. We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet our minimum purchase threshold. Additional surcharges may apply for oversized, overweight or refrigerated grocery items.

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery addresses and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
